Avtorica obravnava nekatere osnovne metafore Evrope – predvsem njeno mitološko ozadje v katerem, se srečujeta njen moški (zahodni) in ženski (vzhodni) del. V drugem delu tematizira misli nekaterih avtorjev (Karen Denni, Nicoletta Diasio, László Kürti, Mladena Prelić, Donatella Cozzi, and Tatiana Bajuk Senčar) v publikaciji.

Abstract

The author deals with several basic metaphors of Europe, especially its mythological background, in which the masculine (i.e., the West) encounters the feminine (i.e., the East). She continues by discussing the thoughts of a number of authors (Karen Denni, Nicoletta Diasio, László Kürti, Mladena Prelić, Donatella Cozzi, and Tatiana Bajuk Senčar) in the volume.
